We collect minimal information to provide you with high-quality trading signals and market analysis. This may include your contact details (when you reach out for Premium signals) and cookies to improve your browsing experience on our trending news and market analysis sections.
Our platform provides Free and Premium Trading Signals based on technical and fundamental analysis. While we strive for maximum accuracy, our analysis is for educational and informational purposes. By using our signals, you acknowledge that trading involves risk, and we are not liable for individual financial outcomes.
When you create an account, we securely store your account details (name, email, profile photo) using Firebase Authentication, and your in-app activity (Watchlist, Bookmarks, followed Signals, Calculator History, Trading Journal entries, and any optional Trading Info you choose to fill in — such as trading experience, occupation, or nationality) using Google Firestore. This data is used solely to power your personal Dashboard experience and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can edit or remove most of this information at any time from your Profile Settings.
Our Dashboard offers a Free tier and a paid Gold Membership tier, each unlocking different features (such as unlimited Watchlist/Signals, the Trading Journal, Economic Calendar, Currency Strength Meter, and the Premium Telegram Signal Group). Gold subscriptions are processed through our payment partner Whop, or manually via bKash/Nagad through our official WhatsApp/Telegram channels. We do not store your full card details on our servers — card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor. Your membership tier is linked to your account email, so it is important to check out using the same email as your Dashboard account.
If you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from Security Settings, your authenticator secret and backup codes are stored in encrypted/hashed form and are never visible to anyone, including our own team. You are responsible for keeping your password, 2FA codes, and backup codes confidential. We recommend enabling 2FA for an extra layer of account protection.
Gold members may optionally enable browser push notifications (for Market Clock session alerts or Economic Calendar events). These notifications are delivered through a third-party push service and can be turned off at any time from the relevant Dashboard toggle or your browser's notification settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing purposes.
We retain your account and Dashboard data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please contact our support team via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Our daily market news and analysis are curated to keep you ahead of the market. We use data from reliable sources to provide running updates. Any external links provided are for your convenience, and we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
